Shaun O’Rourke Joins Infrastructure Bank as Director of Stormwater and Resiliency

Jeffrey R. Diehl, Executive Director and CEO of Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank, recently announced that Shaun O’Rourke has joined the Infrastructure Bank in the newly created role of Director of Stormwater and Resiliency.

Shaun will be leading the Bank’s efforts to build upon its history of financing investments in stormwater management and resilient infrastructure across Rhode Island. In addition, O’Rourke will collaborate with Governor Gina Raimondo’s Executive Climate Change Coordinating Council (EC4) and key stakeholders to develop, prioritize, and execute investments statewide.

Shaun comes to the Bank with over a decade of experience in environmental sustainability and design. “Shaun’s industry experience and perspective will be an invaluable resource as we continue to assist the Governor in her mission to make Rhode Island a national leader in green infrastructure investment,” said Diehl.
