Infrastructure Bank Hosting National Infrastructure Week Events

This year, May 14th to May 21st is National Infrastructure Week across the United States. Joining over 360 organizations across the nation, Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank is planning to bring a week of exciting announcements, roundtable discussions, and project highlights across Rhode Island.

The Infrastructure Bank team, led by its Executive Director and CEO Jeff Diehl, will host six roundtable discussions with local municipal and private sector leaders. The goal of these discussions is to understand local leaders’ vision of their city or town’s infrastructure and assess any financing needs to accelerate high priority projects on the ground.

Additionally, staff from the Infrastructure Bank will host six separate meetings with Public Works Directors and Planners across the State to learn about specific, near-term infrastructure projects that can be accelerated through financing. In addition, the Infrastructure Bank team will visit a dozen project sites across the State during Infrastructure Week to document the impact of the low-cost, long-term financing products provided by the Infrastructure Bank.
